What Do We Barter!?
The Barter Construction works under where the Contractor purchases the flats against the Cost of Construction. (Lock & Key).
What are the Requirements to start Barter Construction!?
The developer should have all the relevant permission (IOD & CC) required to develop the plot / building, & the permission should be Valid till date.
No Cost pertaining to the plot / building such as deposits, Rentals, permission costs, Corpus, or any payments due shall be the liability of the Contractor.
The contractor will come into the Barter Construction only and Only in exchange for Flats (the price of the flats shall be discussed mutually) & the work shall be done completely in an Escrow Account.
Do We Take Part Barter Construction??
Yes We Do Take Part Barter Construction... Depending on the Location & Developer’s Terms and Conditions.
Is There any Value Cost Involved/ Monetary Terms Involved!?
No, In Barter Construction, there will not be any Monetary Payment & Deposits involved. (such as Rentals, Cost of Permission or any other liabilities of the developer). As the Contractor will bear the total construction cost (Lock & Key) against the flats received from the developer at a discounted rate which will be discussed mutually.
